Text Box: A 500-classroom hour course is required for state licensing as a Massage Therapist (LMT).  Tuition for the 500-hour course is $4,000.  This includes a $75 application fee.  Required textbooks are $150 + tax and must be purchased through the school. Text Box: Tuition may be paid in full or in four monthly payments.  Tuition received in full, two-weeks prior to the starting date of the course, will receive a 5% discount for a total of $3,800.  This is a savings of $200, which will cover all required textbooks.   An In-School financing plan is available with no interest.  In-school financing requires a 25% ($1,000) down payment prior to the starting date of the course.  A monthly payment of $1,000 is due prior to the start of each course month over the next three months.  Four payments must be made for a total tuition of $4,000.  River Valley School of Massage accepts all major credit cards.   All students must have tuition paid in full by the completion of course in order to receive a diploma.

Text Box: Any applicant that is rejected by the school will receive a full refund of the application fee.  If a student withdraws two weeks prior to the starting date of the course, a full refund (less a $50 processing fee) will be given.  If a student withdraws within a two-week period from the starting of the course a full refund (less the $75 application fee) will be given.  After students have started schooling, withdraw or dismissal from the school will result in the following refunds:

Text Box: All students are required to provide a clean set of linens (twin flat, twin fitted, pillowcase) each day during massage practice hours.  Hand towels, lotions and creams will be provided.  It is also recommended that all students purchase a portable massage table for home practice.  River Valley School of Massage offers a 10% discount to all enrolled students on Oakworks Massage tables.
